End Of An Era

After nearly 10 years, the very first employee of Mann Power, Administrator Sue Hogge, is leaving the company to pursue her passion for sailing, and spend more time with her family. During her time at Mann Power, Sue proved herself to be an invaluable member of the team, with a keen eye for spotting the right CV in the pile, a fierce guardian of access to the MD’s telephone line, and the tenacity to cope with the unenviable task of trying to manage Dave Mann’s erratic diary.

Dave said “When we started the company, Sue had to work in a cupboard in our house. We then graduated to renting some rooms in Sue’s house, and she moved with us to our current offices when the company expanded. Sue’s capacity for fielding calls at inopportune moments I will miss enormously – she has been a great source of support throughout the ups and downs of this company, and she will be greatly missed.”

Sue has definitely been the office mother hen all round, and things will never be quite the same without her.
